"Tyn Llwyn is a Grade II listed former farmhouse, set high up in an isolated location, on the foothills of Y Garn mountain, two miles from the village of Llanelltyd, in southern Snowdonia. It sleeps seven people in four bedrooms, two doubles, a single and a king-size double with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a family shower room, a cloakroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and two sitting rooms, both with woodburning stoves. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio, a BBQ and furniture, as well as bike storage and ample off road parking. As the property is surrounded by open farming countryside, there are walks from the door, whilst the many attractions of southern Snowdonia are just waiting to be explored. Tyn Llwyn is a great base for discovering rural North Wales or for a break away in complete privacy."
