There is a lot of storage space throughout the apartment. The interior is done tastefully and every art piece and furniture article speak of quality and taste. The most recent construction in The Greens community panorama has a wide range of lifestyle amenities including swimming pools, gymnasiums, play areas, barbecue areas, and neighbourhood retail centres. The Neighborhood: The Greens & Views has excellent access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is in close proximity to Mall of Emirates, Dubai Marina, TECOM , Dubai Internet/Media City. The Greens & Views is designed as a complete community, with all of its amenities accessible on foot as well as by car. There are two large lovely waterways with fountains that separate The Greens from The Views, with paths/walking track and quiet areas of grass from which to enjoy the friendly neighbourhood atmosphere. There are fish in the lake and many varieties of birds are attracted to the area with its lush green plants and quiet shaded spots. The community’s very own retail centre, The Greens Village, offers a supermarket (Choitram), restaurants, coffee shops, a dry cleaner, bookstore, photo studio, and beauty salon as well as banking facilities and a pharmacy. There are also a variety of cafés (Caribou, Costa, Berts Cafe, Marble slab) and restaurants (Nandos-SA Portuguese, Wagamama -Asian/Japanese restaurant, Mashawi-Lebanese restaurant) and fast-food (KFC) with plenty of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the cooler weather. The centre is just a 6 to 10 minute walk from the apartment and comes alive in the evening and at weekends. Getting Around: Metro station is a few minutes walk from the apartment. Cabs are easily available and so are buses. Other Things to Note: As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest to be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. As per security regulations, only the number of people the apartment is bookable for will be allowed after receiving all their ID's. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their ID's and is subject to security clearance. There is a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 10/room/night for the property as per DTCM, which will be collected upon arrival, if not paid in advance. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of $500 in case of any violation. We like to personalize your stay and offer a range of additional services as required. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like any additional services and our team of professional hoteliers would be more than happy to arrange them for you. * Baby crib and high chair can be arranged with advance notice and subject to availability * Our standard check in time is 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival. However, let us know in case you would like an early check in and we can accommodate your request for an additional half day charge, subject to availability * Our standard check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. In case you would like a late check out, please let us know in advance and we can arrange one for you @ half day charge until 18:00 hrs and @ full day charge beyond 18:00 hrs, subject to availability. * Daily Cleaning at $ 30 an hour for a minimum of 2 hours . * Private Cook at $ 30 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours (ingredients will be charged on actuals). * Certified Nanny Services $ 30 an hour for a minimum of 3 Hours. * Driver for the day with out a car $ 100 * Any other assistance like airport pick up & drop, car hire, private butler etc can be accommodated and arranged at an additional cost House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3PM
