This very spacious one bedroom apartment is located in Business Bay right on the new canal; at the heart of Dubai's glamorous high-rises and in the vicinity of the renowned Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, in walking distance to luxury hotels. The Space: The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, a dressing table, mirror and other amenities typically found in a Holiday Home. The apartment also features complimentary high-speed internet (WIFI), a full set of towels, linens and bed covers, washing machine/ electronic safe and 24/7 security in the tower. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern kitchen appliances. Just in case you are not in the mood to cook, there are some of the top-rated restaurants in Dubai within a 5-7 minute walk from the tower. You will have access to all the building amenities which are of high standards such as a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. Please note that this apartment is a licensed holiday home which means that we have to comply with the highest standards. Guest Access: You will have access to the apartment which is located on the 3rd floor, the fitness center featuring the latest state of the art equipment and the outdoor swimming pool. You can also use the underground car park of the building as one spot will be reserved for you. For any guests visiting you, there is a lot of parking available around the tower. The building security is present 24/7 and in any case we are available 24/7 as well just incase you need any assistance. Interaction with Guests: Bnbme's team of Hoteliers is available for you around the clock to help you make bookings, answer any questions and any other way to make your stay more relaxing and enjoyable. The Neighborhood: See a city in the midst of one of the world’s greatest urban transformations as it launches the Dubai Water Canal, a 3.2km long waterway which winds its way to the Arabian Gulf from the Creek in Old Dubai through Business Bay. Along its waterfront, the W Hotel, the St Regis and a whole range of new lifestyle precincts. The new path effectively turns a significant part of the emirate into an island. Getting Around: You can take an Uber, Taxi or bus to get to the closet Metro Station Other Things to Note: As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest to be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. As per security regulations, only the number of people the apartment is bookable for will be allowed after receiving all their ID's. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their ID's and is subject to security clearance. There is a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 10/room/night for the property as per DTCM, which will be collected upon arrival, if not paid in advance. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of $500 in case of any violation. We like to personalize your stay and offer a range of additional services as required. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like any additional services and our team of professional hoteliers would be more than happy to arrange them for you. 1) Baby crib and high chair can be arranged with advance notice and subject to availability 2) Our standard check in time is 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival. However, let us know in case you would like an early check in and we can accommodate your request for an additional half day charge, subject to availability 3) Our standard check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. In case you would like a late check out, please let us know in advance and we can arrange one for you @ half day charge until 18:00 hrs and @ full day charge beyond 18:00 hrs, subject to availability. 4) Daily Cleaning at $ 30 an hour for a minimum of 2 hours . 5) Private Cook at $ 30 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours (ingredients will be charged on actuals). 6) Certified Nanny Services $ 30 an hour for a minimum of 3 Hours. 7) Driver for the day with out a car $ 100 8) Any other assistance like airport pick up & drop, car hire, private butler etc can be accommodated and arranged at an additional cost House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3PM
