"The living areas in this single-storey property is an open-plan living with kitchen with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite cloakroom and two twins, and a shower room. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, front decking with furniture and hot tub, shared grounds and dog walking field and off-road parking for two cars, as well as EV charging at a fee. Within 2.3 miles you will find a shop and within 0.6 miles, a pub. One small well-behaved dog is welcome, sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available. washing machine and tumble dryer available in the shared utility for guests to use at an additional fee. Note during the winter months Nov to March, there is a supplement of -ú50.00 to use the hot tub, please call Sykes to arrange payment"
