"The living areas in the property consist of a studio-style layout with king-size bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, dining area with seating for two and sitting area with Smart TV, along with an en-suite bathroom. Outside there is a communal lawn area with furniture and barbecue, and bike storage. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that this property is pet-friendly, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Arthur Turner is an intimate dwelling, ideal for a couplesÔÇÖ retreat to Hampshire. Note: This property does not have an oven or a hob. Note: Charcoal is not provided for the barbecue. Note: This is an adult only property, unless the booking is for a wedding; in this case, child facilities can be requested. Note: Continental breakfast hampers and meals can be pre-arranged at a fee. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
