"The living areas in the property consist of a studio-style layout with king-size bed, kitchenette/diner with microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine and dining area with a breakfast bar for two, sitting area with Smart TV and a bathroom. Outside there is a communal lawn area with furniture and barbecue, and bike storage, as well as off-road parking. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. DÔÇÖArcy Spice is a charming and homely base from which to explore the delights of Hampshire. Note: This property does not have an oven or a hob. Note: Charcoal is not provided for the barbecue.
