This apartment is the perfect choice for the discerning holiday maker. There is a magical quality to the light in this apartment that imbues a sense of calm and the elegant and hugely spacious interior complements the ambience wonderfully. The interior has warm neutral furnishings, complementing the sunny tones of the wooden floors. There are touches of African, Global and Scottish art which give the apartment a delightfully exotic yet homely feel. Dublin Street is part of Edinburgh's beautiful New Town. -Booking Requirements- The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. There is a strict no-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £650 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure. -Limited mobility access- This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of stairs up to the property. -Home Truths- Both fireplaces are for decoration only and do not work. Please do not try to use them. --Booking Add on's available -- Additional facilities of late check-in,check-out and early check-in, check out are available at an additional cost of £36 each subject to availability
