This charming 74 square meter apartment is located just 200m from the Sagrada Familia and the subway station which shares it´s name. On the 6th floor of a building with elevator, the apartment can host up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms each with double beds, there is also a comfortable sofa bed available in the living room. This apartment has the advantage of having a decently sized balcony / terrace . The terrace is accessible from the living room but also from one of the bedrooms. It is very pleasant for sunny breakfasts.The apartment has a bathroom (with toilet) and a kitchen fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, ceramic hobs and coffee maker and kettle. Moreover, for a maximum comfort, the apartment also has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning and heating. You will also enjoy its WIFI, TV or DVD player. There's everything you need to make the most of your stay in Barcelona whilst feeling at home. This apartment is perfect for those who want to explore the city quickly and effortlessly. For those who like to walk, rather than using the subway, you can reach the Hospital San Pau (Classified World Heritage by UNESCO) in just 10 minutes, the famous Passeig de Gracia known for its shops and Gaudi houses in roughly 25 minutes. You can also walk in the parks such as the Plaza Hispanitat or the famous Parc Guell. There are many restaurants, fast food and groceries stores in around a 500 perimeter of your apartment, to have plenty of choice for your restauration. So why hesitate longer? The breath taking Sagrada Familia Cathedral is located in this area and gives the neighbourhood a special charm. This area is ideal if you are visiting Barcelona on holiday , as it has great artistic and commercial appeal, and good public transport communication with the rest of the city. In Barcelona's Eixample neighbourhood, just outside the Quadrat d'Or (Golden Square) heritage district, you'll come across a bustling, lively neighbourhood which is home to two Catalan art nouveau, or modernist, landmarks by Antoni Gaudí and Lluís Domènech i Montaner: the Hospital de Sant Pau . From your central location you are within walking distance to Avenida Diagonal and the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya. Even though bullfighting has been banned in Barcelona, do not miss a chance to visit La Monumental bull ring which is home to a popular market. City Tax of Barcelona: We would like to inform you that since 1/04/2017 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 2.48€ per person (> 17 years old) per night. Security Deposit: We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer). +++ Our place is just for relaxing holidays. +++ It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture. In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation. For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
