The still unfinished masterpiece of the architect, the Sagrada Familia , is directly visible at any time of day, from the furnished rooftop terrace!!! The bright and friendly living room offers a corner sofa and a TV, for when you want to relax. In addition to the 2 bedrooms (1 double Bedroom and 1 Single Bedroom - cama litera), The double sofa bed in the living room can accomodate 2 further guests, so that a maximum of 6 guests can have an exciting holiday in this penthouse. Thanks to a very well equipped kitchen and a dining room, you can enjoy cozy evenings with your loved ones over a good meal and a glass of Cava!!! The landmark of the Catalan capital, the Sagrada Familia, is right on your doorstep. The quiet and modernist Eixample district offers many restaurants, Tapas bars and shops. Thanks to the metro, all parts of the city are quickly accessible. +++ Fresh linens and towels are supplied for your stay +++ +++ Parties are forbidden and we do not accept groups of friends under 25 years old. No more noise after 10pm. +++ +++ KIT FAMILY: baby cot + high chair + changing bed + dishes are provided. +++ METRO: Sagrada Familia. HUTB-000025 The kitchen is fully equipped containing fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and a coffee maker. We do provide the following laundry and room facilities: an iron (clothes) + ironing board, hair dryer, bed sheets, towels, washing machine, cloth, toilet paper (limited amount). For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning, WiFi and TV (no satellite). Accessible with a lift. Check-in: - check-in between 1pm and 8pm are free of charge - check-in from 8pm to 12am have an extra charge of 30€ - check-in from midnight to 1am has an extra cost of 50€ - check-in with every hour after 1am has +10€ extra cost (example 1:00 - 1:59 check-in = 60€, 2am check-in =70€) As to provide you with better service please do not forget to phone 30 minutes before your arrival at the address in order to avoid delays. Check-out: Late check-out (until 5pm) may be requested, upon apartment availability and with an additional cost of €30. City Tax of Barcelona: We would like to inform you that since 1/04/2017 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 2.48€ per person (> 17 years old) per night. Security Deposit: We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer). +++ Our place is just for relaxing holidays. +++ It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture. In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation. For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
