This Villa is the perfect home away from home for your getaway to Murcia. It's a quintessential Spanish home, sitting in a private courtyard, adorned with lush greenery. You feel as though you are in your own oasis far from the city when it's really just a short walk to the Murcia's downtown and beaches. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. As you walk into this cosy yet modern home, you're welcomed into a comfortable living room with a sofa that's ready for movie nights and days reading books. Evenings can be spent watching something on the flat screen satellite television or playing cards. The living area opens onto the outdoor area, so the doors can be left wide open to let the sea breeze rush in. This is ideal for those afternoons where the sun is just too hot. Thankfully, the outdoor area does also offer shade. One of the best things about staying in a villa is the freedom to cook your own meals, ideal for families who need a little routine and also for those who want to try the local delicacies. Villa Fresia offers a well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare a feast full of tasty tidbits. Meals can be enjoyed inside or on the patio outside the living area. The five bedrooms comprise of either double or single beds. Each room is spacious and welcoming, with homely touches and places to hang up your clothes. Two of the rooms have an en-suite, and then there's one family bathroom. There's plenty of fun things to keep you entertained at this villa, including a pool table. There are also many practical touches, from an iron to a washing machine. The outdoor area has plenty of space to explore, and everything is centred around a private pool. It is an autonomous community, located between Andalusia and Valencian Communities. It's a beautifully peaceful spot, with sandy shores this area is renowned for and the days are filled with sun, all year round. There's plenty to do in this sun-drenched city, just be sure to take your time and relax. It's the kind of place where nothing is done in a rush, including the construction of the cathedral which took 300 years to build. Needless to say, you must visit this cathedral and take in the architecture. You should also go for coffee at the plaza, a great place for people watching it's a stunning place to explore. Other must-visit spots include Floridablanca Gardens, Monteagudo Castle and Murcia Archaeological Museum. Murcia is known for its gastronomical delights thanks to the region's lush and fertile valleys. Top, must-try dishes include Entierro, Pastel de Carne (Murcia Meat Pie) and Marineras, the most famous Murcia tapas. Of course, you should try as many tapas as possible. You should also go to a local market and pick up pepper, tomato, courgette, aubergines, beans, artichokes, and cauliflower, which all grow in the region. This Villa is located in Banos y Mendigos, a village with just under 600 residents. It's the perfect quiet spot to relax and call home during your stay. The Villa is less than one kilometre from a golf resort, perfect if you need a day's entertainment.
