"The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and dining table for six, there is also a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a double with TV and a double serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, an enclosed, rear, multi-level garden with hot tub, gas barbecue and garden furniture and shared access to the on-site outdoor heated swimming pool, children's play park and dog exercise area. Within 1.7 miles there is a shop and 1 mile a pub. Travel cot, highchair and baby safety gates available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Devon at Springfields Bungalow. Note: There are lots of stairs in the rear garden that can be blocked off on request. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
