Completing the interior is a kitchen and a living/dining room with an electric fire. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge, and for entertainment there is a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a rear lawn garden with table and chairs. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 0.4 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. Crispin Cottage is an outstanding retreat to enjoy this part of Devon with your loved one.
