"The Barn has four bedrooms, three ground-floor (super-king-size zip/link, king-size with en-suite and a twin), and one in the first floor (king-size with en-suite) along with a shower room, a kitchen/diner, utility and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. For entertainment there is a TV, TV with Freeview and DVD player, CD/Radio, WiFi, and a selection of books. A highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available (linens not inc). Outside, there's off-road parking and fully enclosed gardens with furniture and charcoal barbecue (one bag of charcoal provided). Two well-behaved pets are welcome, with towels, mats, and feeding bowls provided. There are steps to access and within the property. Due to local livestock, fireworks are not permitted. Mobile signal is intermittent; landline available in the main house. No stag, hen, or similar parties. Choose The Barn."
