"The living areas in this rennovated chapel consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dishwasher, dining tabel for two and sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is one mezzanine king-size bedroom serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking, a rear patio with furniture and lawn with shed for bike storage. Within 4.5 miles there is a shop and 2.3 miles a pub. Two small, well behaved dogs welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore all Norfolk has to offer from Wensum Spring. Note: This property lies close to the owner's farm, he is readily available for advice and to help resolve problems. Please note: Dogs are not allowed up-stairs. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
