"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table for four, sitting room with TV with Freeview, WiFi, Sonos player, selection of books, games and DVDs, and a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower and a triple bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an underground car parking space for one car height restriction 7'6"". Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Note: The property sleeps four comfortably, however there can be five including children. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 11am. Note: Parking is suitable for a small or medium sized vehicle such as a Ford Focus, it is not suitable for wide or high vehicles such as SUVs, Contact Owner for information and alternative options. There is a door on the upper level of the car park opposite the space which leads to the steps up to Port View.
