"The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a TV. The bedrooms have TVs and consist of a double and a bunk room, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a rear garden with shared lawn, and a private patio with picnic bench, along with designated parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1.3 miles and a pub and the beach in 1 mile. Surfers Retreat is a wonderful base for a family break to Cornwall. Note: Guests have access to a range of on-site facilities, including a splash pool, gym, tennis courts, and a laundrette. Note: The garden is not enclosed. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
