"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, there is a fridge with a small freezer compartment suitable for small items only, washing machine, dishwasher, a living/dining room with dining seating for four people and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV, a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there are communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes, a garden with patio and lawned area with furniture, along with shared on-site facilities such as gym, tennis court, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There is ample off-road parking available. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, within 0.8 miles, you will find a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property.
