"The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a twin (zip/link), and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front gravelled garden, an enclosed rear garden with decking and furniture, off-road parking for one car, and additional roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs are welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Outdoor dog shower provided. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles and the beach in 0.9 miles. Prestella is a delightful abode for a family break to North Yorkshire. Note: There are steps to the exterior. Note: A washing machine is available in the garage by prior request. Note: Children over the age of 12 only"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
