"The Beach Retreat has a kitchen/diner, a sitting room, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, a twin room, a bathroom and a cloakroom. Appliances consist of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment, a TV with DVD player, a selection of books, DVDs and games, a PlayStation 4 and a Nintendo Switch. Outside there is a rear patio with furniture, plus use of extensive communal grounds, lakes, and picnic tables, and off-road parking. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and travel cot. Escape to North Yorkshire at The Beach Retreat. Note: Use of communal heated indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, and steam room inc. in the rental price. Additional facilities and activities, including the gym, archery, tennis, and cycle hire are available at a cost, payable on site. Note: Lakes on site, children to be supervised.
