"Panacia consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a dining space for six and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a king-size with en-suite shower room, and a second-floor twin with smart TV and en-suite cloakroom, serviced by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside there is a front patio with furniture. Parking in nearby public car park: Caffa Mill car park at Station Road. Within 1 mile or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach. No pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Escape to the coast of Cornwall with a stay at the beautiful Panacia. Note: Weekly parking permit is available. Note: Access required to adjacent property through patio. Note: External flight of steps."

Spacious family bathroom with large bath, walk-in shower, basin and toilet. Wood burning stove in living space and gas central heating throughout, basket of kindling and logs included. WiFi and 2 smart TVs, high quality bed linen and towels included, highchair and Cot available. Parking in Caffa Mill public car park, just a 2-minute walk away, shops, pubs and restaurants are a 5-minute walk into town, with the nearest beach only 1 mile away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: This property is accessed via an external flight of steps from the road and across the front terrace of adjacent properties.
