Details of the Cottage
"The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a shared courtyard with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1 mile, and the beach in 1.3 miles. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but please, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Owls Roost is a fabulous dwelling to use as a base whilst exploring Cornwall. Note: Super-fast fibre broadband and 5G available. Note: The washing machine is in a shared onsite laundry. Note: Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There is a shared swim spa on site, which is available for bookings between April and October 2024 from 10am ÔÇô 9pm daily. This facility is available to all guests staying in one of our four holiday cottages. There is a supplementary charge of -ú50 per cottage, per week and is payable to the owners before arrival."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
