"Riverbank, a duplex apartment, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a king-size bedroom, a twin, a bathroom and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV and TV. Outside there is an elevated decked area with furniture, and designated parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles, and Grasmere Lake in 0.6 miles. Enjoy Cumbria and its delights from Riverbank. Note: The apartment is accessed via external steps, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Please supervise dogs and children near the river. Note: Limited headroom in the twin bedroom."
