La Chiesetta, best known as the "house with a view", is an independent hilltop villa suitable for 4/5 people. Originally a Church of the Castello Monte, it has now been restored into a beautiful little cottage with private pool. During the restoration, care was taken to preserve the original style using only the original stonework. All the external features have been designed to replicate the original design. The cottage is independent but it is not isolated. The Hamlet of Castello Monte, with the same owners, is close by and in case of need, the housekeeper of the Hamlet will assist guests at La Chiesetta. #### Features The Cottage has a garden entrance; it has a charming living/dining-room with corner kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in front of the satellite TV. In addition guests have access to a bathroom with shower. Wooden steps to mezzanine with two double bedrooms, which are air conditioned. The cottage has an enchanting private garden with pergola, making it the perfect to enjoy al fresco dining. There are plenty of sunny and shady spot, guest can relax sunbeds by the private swimming pool. It offers beautiful, extensive views over the surrounding landscape of Chiantishire. It has been recently restored, preserving the original architectural and period features with ancient stones and materials. All guests can participate in organized mountain-bike tours, recommended shopping in the outlets, cooking lessons, wine tasting tours, guided tours in groups or individual tours with a private driver. We also have facilities at the nearby "Ugolino Golf Club" which is only 15 km away from Greve. Location - The charming little village of Panzano in Chianti has a variety of shops: 6 km. - Greve in Chianti: 10 km (can also be reached by 15 minutes downhill walk). - Florence: 35 km. - Siena 35: km. #### T&Cs Additional tourist tax is €1,50 per adult (14 years +) per night. Maximum charge for 7 nights, so guests staying longer will only pay for 7 nights.
