Minniehaha Magic Florida Villa has all the features of a home from home, its spacious and immaculately presented. The bedrooms are spacious with ample storage/furniture. The two living areas are spacious and provide room for families to share. Fall in love with the villa and its location, very idyllic and located in an immaculately maintained and secure gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. The community is maintained to a very high standard by the Home Owners Association. Like a perfect street from the movies!! Locally you will find all the shops that you need, from Walmart to Winn Dixie & Publix. Along Highway 27 you will find many of the usual restaurants; Manny's Chophouse, Culvers, KFC, McDonalds, Popeyes, Sonny's BBQ, Bob Evans etc., Posner Park a few miles away where you will find Target, Michaels, Dicks, JC Penney, Staples and much more. Davenport is near and has a fantastic sports bar/restaurants. Restaurants are located all along Highway 27. Starbucks is an exciting new addition on Highway 27. We love the large pool area, it isn't directly overlooked as it has a conservation area behind. Its a fantastic size and has a covered lanai ideal for shade from the sun. Photographers will love the wildlife found in national parks and local reserves, Circle B Bar reserve in Polk County is breathtaking, you will see a variety of wildlife in its natural habitat for FREE!! - just look on their website. Calabay Parc has its own lake where you can enjoy seeing birds or go fishing. There are so many wonderful places to visit which we are beginning to discover. Our villa is the perfect location to explore Florida. The villa’s decoration is maintained quarterly. Our Villa at Calabay Parc At Tower Lake is within walking distance of Tower lake onsite where the fishing is excellent. Our five bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa is registered for 10 people, children under the age of 3 are excluded therefore there can be more than 10 staying in the villa. There are 6 flat screen TV’s, two living areas, one has a large flat screen TV (DVD player/games console), there are also flat screens in all bedrooms with cable TV, landline phone and internet access with password for your devices. The dining room offers the option for both formal and informal dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the appliances needed including a fridge with automatic ice maker and chilled water. There is also a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The garage is home to our newly updated games room which has a pool table, air hockey table, dart boards (child & adult), foosball table and retro dining table and chairs. We are confident that our guests will be impressed with the newly decorated games room (completed January 2020). Just pack your things and everything is waiting for you at Minniehaha Magic. There is ample parking.
