"Pant Golau House is a lovely 1970's period property situated in the village of Pen-sarn near Llanbedr, Gwynedd. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating, a living/dining room with dining seating, a TV, a record player and an electric fire. The bedrooms, consist of two doubles, one is on the ground-floor with a TV, a 4ÔÇÖ0 double and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom. Outside, there is a front enclosed garden with gravel, furniture, and barbecue, rear patio, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stairgate available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: This property can no accept a Saturday check-in, please do not book to arrive on this day. Note: The small double bed can only be accessed via one side. Note: Please clean the barbecue after use.
