Details of the Cottage
"The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dining seating for two and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedroom hosts a double bed with Smart TV and there is a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking close-by. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and within 1.4 miles. Driftwood Cottage is only 100 yards from the beach and the pier at Harwich. Please note: Children are not accepted, and the staircase is very steep so please be careful. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is 10.30am. Driftwood Cottage is a unique property for a romantic escape. The Electric Palace cinema has been recently refurbished and is within walking distance from this property. Note: The staircase is very steep any may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10.30am. Note: This property does not accept children.Please mind the step between the kitchen and lounge."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
