"The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with a double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for six people, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. There are two double bedrooms along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop, and within 1.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. Check-in from 10:30am, check-out by 4pm. Gather the ones who mean most for an idyllic stay at The Nest. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
