Bananaquit is a luxury villa located in the beautiful and exclusive Sugar Hill Estate. The property has been recently renovated and enjoys a prime position at the end of Plantation Drive, therefore increasing the privacy of the villa. With stunning sea views and opulent interiors, this five-bedroom villa accommodates up to ten guests comfortably, making it an ideal choice for a large family, group of friends or multiple couples. Wander in the front door, only to be welcomed by a spiral staircase, stunning chandelier and polished marble floors - this really is a stunning place to call home for a few days. The villa is blessed with superb sea views from the entire first floor which boasts a beautiful open-plan kitchen, spacious living room and separate media room. The entertaining areas expand into the large balcony offering a fabulous outdoor dining and lounge area overlooking the pool and gardens, providing a seamless blend between the indoors and outdoors. The unique basement is also complete with a second television & games room with pool table, table tennis and pin ball machine. In the main house, there are three sublime air-conditioned bedrooms that are located on the ground floor and each feature grand French doors leading out to the beautiful pool area. The Guest Cottage houses two bedrooms, that are also air-conditioned, each with an en-suite. The bedrooms consist of three doubles and two twin rooms, which can be pushed together to make a king-sized bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchen in the cottage, making it an ideal place for families to escape to so they can keep their routine without interrupting other members of their holiday party. Each of the bedrooms are spacious, stunning and luxurious, providing a private haven for guests to rest and recharge after a lazy day in the hot Barbados sun. There are six modern and well-equipped bathrooms in total, meaning no fighting over who uses the shower first! Outside, there is a gorgeous pool deck where guests can spend their days swimming laps, floating about or simply lying poolside working on their tan on one of the many sun loungers. There is a fantastic seating area under a terrace for those who prefer sitting in the shade, as well as a wet bar and a barbecue, so you can enjoy sundowners in style. The beach facility, Fairmont Royal Pavilion, is only a five-minute drive away, whilst the world-class Royal Westmoreland Golf Course is only 1.1 kilometres distance.
