"The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, TV, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. There's also a king-size bedroom with en-suite wet room with hair dryer. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and hot tub, and a private driveway. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. You'll find a shop in 5.2 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair. Nuthatch is a delightful abode for a romantic break to Devon. Note: Babes in arms only. Note: There are steps up into the hot tub; please take care. Note: Guests can request use of the freezer, which is located in the shed. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
