"The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, dishwasher and table for four and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) serviced by a ground-floor bathroom with washing machine. Outside there is roadside parking, free parking in the nearby Castle Hotel, and an enclosed garden with patio and furniture and front garden with lawn. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and 1.6 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore all Kent has to offer at Castle Cottage. Note: There is a small step down into the bathroom, please take care. with the nature of an older style of cottage, the staircase is quite steep (ish). Note: There is an outdoor dog shower available at the rear. Note: The neighbours have access to the rear garden at all times but there is a gate each side; these must remain accessible at all times as they are fire escapes."
