"The Linhay is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, slimline dishwasher, coffee machine, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV. There is one king-size bedroom and an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a private front patio with furniture, communal, enclosed dog paddock and off-road parking for two cars. Within 4 miles, you will find a shop and within 3 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome (first dog is free of charge, with a 25 GBP charge for the second dog) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Linhay is a charming escape for your next retreat in Devon. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
