This refurbished and well-equipped 33 m2 apartment is located in one of the best areas of Madrid, behind the famous Plaza de Colón practically inside the Paseo de la Castellana. Has a beautiful view of Madrid.The Paseo de Recoletos is nearby and it has a very good location. The apartment has a small renovated living room where you can find a sofa bed for two people and a dining area, the kitchen is equipped, a bedroom with two single beds with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and bidet, all with a neat and beautiful decoration. It also has iron for clothes, air conditioning, Wi-fi and the building has an elevator. The furniture of the apartment is very complete, they make a flat quite comfortable and cozy. In Alterhome, we like to personally welcome our clients at the moment of their arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non smoking policy for all properties and pets are permitted upon request and it will be 30 euros suplement per service. We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc. It is very important for us that you have a pleasant stay. Therefore, we are always available in our office hours from 9:00. to 21:00, and out of hours 24 in case of emergency.
