Details of the Villa

The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all modern appliances such as flat TV, DVD player, stereo CD player, microwave oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware. The large ground floor of the villa has an open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area well spaced out for maximum comfort and convenience. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and an extra quest's toilet downstairs. Large sliding patio doors lead on to the fenced garden and pool area. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with sofas, a coffee table, a TV/DVD player and satellite system with film, news and children’s channels. The inside dining area can be used for anything from intimate dining to family meals, and can seat up to 6 people comfortably. The Italian-designed kitchen is well equipped for any sort of culinary activity and has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A washing machine is housed in a separate cupboard. Sea view villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious double bed, dresser and inbuilt cupboard space, a good sized balcony. The other 2 bedrooms have comfortable twin beds and also plenty of cupboard space. The garden area comes complete with an immaculate large private pool and sun loungers, a large table with chairs. A charcoal barbecue is available for our quests. The garden is bordered by stunning plants and fence, which create a pleasant feeling of seclusion; in the 200 meter distance, there is a beautiful view of Mediterranean Sea from upstairs windows. Everything is designed to ensure maximum rest during your holiday. Services Free of charge Internet connection available. Free all necessary bed linen and towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, housekeeping service and linen change is provided once a week. Free Pool cleaning twice a week. Our local manager as well as we personally can be accessed 24 Hours 7 days a week for any assistance. Additional services are available on request. NOTE 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages. An allowance of 100 KW of electricity is allowed per week this is sufficient for normal use, any use over this will be charged as an addition and deducted from your security deposit. On arrival we will show you the electricity meter, you are welcome to take your readings on arrival and on exit.
