With large living area, good size bedrooms and ample of bathroom space this villa can comfortably accommodate six persons. Kapparis Beach Villa is situated on a small complex within walking distance of local shops and minimarket. This spacious light and airy villa has been interior designed throughout with modern furnishings and is fully air conditioned. Two of the bedrooms have 2 double beds with fitted wardrobes, and one of the bedrooms has two single beds. The villa has 1 family bathroom, 1 toilet/shower room; both bathrooms have washing basins. The kitchen is modern, well equipped with brand new utilities including: fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The sitting /dining room is open planned and furnished with nice comfortable sofas and has TV, IPTV, DVD player & Internet access (FREE of charge). Kapparis Beach Villa has a private swimming pool (8m x 4m / overflow), sun beds & umbrella at pool are FREE of charge. There are garden furniture in the private garden and patio.
