Details of the Villa

Villa Alina is a very beautiful and cosy villa with three bedrooms and a private (9.20 m by 4.20 m) pool and garden. It is located in Patara, about 5 km from the 18 km long, beautiful sandy beach with dunes and about 2 km from the centre of the village. The villa offers in the spacious courtyard, two barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi, free parking and a children's paddling pool. Villa Alina has three bedrooms (incl. cot), 2 bathrooms, also with baby bath, and a pull-out couch for a seventh person. In the house there are two flat screen satellite TVs, a separate monitor with a PlayStation 4 and Netflix. Our guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, high chair, ironing board and iron. Washing and cleaning products are provided free of charge. Bed linen, towels (for pool and beach) are available free of charge. To welcome you, you will receive various chilled drinks and fruit. In the morning, freshly baked goods (quantity depends on the number of guests) will be brought to you by 8:00 a.m. for your breakfast.The pool and garden are maintained daily. The villa has two furnished balconies with a view of the sunset. The large pool terrace has six sunbeds and a Hollywood swing. In the courtyard there is a long dining table where up to eight people can sit. The town of Kalkan with its marina, many shops, pubs and restaurants is about 15 km away. The towns of Kas and Fethiye are 38 km and 70 km away respectively. Shopping facilities such as Bim, 101, Migros, Sok are approx. 1-2 km away. In addition to a small shopping market for the most necessary foods and fresh bread, there are two fast-food restaurants 500 m away. The distance to Dalaman airport is 115 km, to Antalya airport 235 km.
