"Oak Cottage is a cottage housing a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, woodburning stove and a TV. The bedrooms include a super-king-size and a double, served by a shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for one car, plus a parking permit for one car, and a lawned garden with furniture. Within 0.1 miles or less there is a shop and pub and please note, two pets are welcomed but there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Oak Cottage is a wonderful escape to North Yorkshire. Note: Note: This property can only accommodate customers over the age of 16. Note: The garden is not enclosed; dogs must be supervised at all times. Note: Bikes can be safely stored in the back garden (accessed by a right of way through the side gate). Please note the property can only accept a min of 7 nights stay"
