Luxury villa right on lake edge. Free fishing on 3 lakes. Gated Resort. Our 4 Bed, 2 Bath villa is furnished to a very high standard and benefits from a perfect lake view position. Free fishing on 3 well stocked lakes. The villa backs on to one of the lakes. The other 2 lakes are 3/4 minutes walk away. Fish all day long whilst the rest of the family visit Disney. As well as a large family room, there is an additional sitting room, which is ideal when 2 families are sharing, or when you need to have adults only time whilst the kids chill out in their own sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. From the high bar counter in the kitchen you can see the family room where multiple reclining leather sofas and armchair provide a relaxing location to watch the large screen TV, with NetFlix instant movies available at no charge. For further entertainment enjoy the games room with a pool table, foosball, darts, a children's activity area and outdoor equipment like tennis rackets and fishing rods. We also offer free wireless internet and free calls throughout the US and Canada. The 4 bedrooms are extremely well appointed. The master and second master have televisions. All 4 bedroom have a large closet stocked with hangers. Disney Princess and Pirates outfits are available for visiting children. The bathrooms contain the necessities, such as hairdryers, curling irons and flat irons. The laundry room is equipped with a new high efficiency washer and dryer. Outside the villa you'll find your private pool, which can be heated. There is the additional benefit of a free heated hot tub which sits on the pool deck. Lots of chairs and sun loungers provided so you can relax in the pool area where the sun can be found all day long or sit in the shade of the covered lania. The pool area has a wonderful lake view. Our villa includes complimentary use of many items that are difficult to travel with - such as a Pack 'N Play (travel crib); 2 car seats; a double stroller; two umbrella strollers and a high chair. We have a complimentary wheelchair allowing you to save on significant rental costs at many attractions. We know you have a choice when renting your holiday villa. Please know that we have extremely high expectations when we travel and expect only the best. We believe our villa reflects our requirements when we travel and that you will be extremely happy to stay and hopefully return year after year! Pool heat if required is $16 per night payable separately. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa . A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
