This fabulous apartment is within walking distance to the popular resort of La Cala de Mijas. The urbanization has a large swimming pool, paddle courts and is beside a driving range and golf course. The apartment has an open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge has comfortable seating and a large dining area. There is a flat screen tv and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, kettle and toaster. There is a hob, fridge freezer , microwave , oven and dishwasher. The master suite has a large king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds. The terrace has views over the La Noria 9 hole golf course with a large dining table and chairs. La Cala de Mijas La Cala de Mijas is popular for those who want a relaxing holiday yet close enough to walk to all facilities. There is a Lidl , Mercadona, Aldi and Supersol in the Village. There is a bus service which runs every 30 minutes where you can go to Marbella or to Fuengirola and on to Malaga by train. For those of you who enjoy a short stroll, the market is only 10 minutes away on Wednesday and Saturday and you can pick up all your fruit and veg straight from the farmers stalls. The local restaurants offer the catch of the day from the fishing boats which go out early morning and supply the "chiringuitos" along the beach. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance to the apartment and in the village of La Cala, again within walking distance there are various restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, La Cala does not have a strip of high rise hotels and has retained the charm of the little fishing village it once was.
