Our apartment has been recently refurbished internally to a high standard and is very spacious with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a large dining room/lounge, a large fully equipped kitchen, large patio doors and an open balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and golf course. The master bedroom also has a patio door leading to a small balcony with sea views and lovely golf course views. It is a very modern looking apartment which has Air Conditioning and heating and is perfectly situated on an attractive Spanish style urbanization. The urbanization has two swimming pools and is next door to a golf course. There is a car parking space outside the apartment and also a private underground car parking space. The urbanization is fully secured with locked security gates, and it has many water features like fountains scattered throughout the gardens. A short 5 minute walk will take you to the local square of family friendly bars and restaurants. Duquesa Marina has a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops and is just 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car or taxi. Gibraltar, Estepona and Marbella are just a few of the many other attractions that are close by.
