The space Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Since it opened in La Romana almost 50 years ago as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean. Punta Cana Airport is located approx. 45-minutes drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away. When you stay at this villa, you’ll have a golf tour cart included in the villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc. THE SPACE: This property is a luxurious 5-bedroom, single-level villa, which makes it very convenient for multi-generational families. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool & Jacuzzi with a large pool deck and furnished terrace, a huge private backyard with a big lawn area. The covered terrace is a complete living space with sofa area, dining tables, outdoor teppanyaki (hibachi) grill and bar with TV, domino table, dartboard and foosball table. This is a great “entertainment zone” where you can have so much fun spending the best time together with your family & friends. The swimming pool & heated Jacuzzi is very private and the backyard offers a large playground with soccer nets (goals) - surrounded by lush, tropical landscape. If you are traveling with children, they will love playing in this backyard. The villa is furnished with contemporary furniture, unique décor pieces, and artwork. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and sitting areas for you to enjoy. Enjoy this private oasis, spend your days in and around the pool and soak up the sun on a sunbed by the pool. This is your dream vacation… The outdoor terrace is the perfect place to relax during the day, eat, drink, listen to music. DOWNSTAIRS: This villa has only one floor (level), which makes it super easy and convenient for guests of all ages and families traveling with small children. Step into the villa and you will find yourself in the beautiful entrance hall that connects the entire house. The grand living room has high, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and a beautiful chandelier, double sofa sitting area, custom built-in furniture, and TV. Open the big sliding windows and you will have direct access to the pool area and deck. The villa has a great outdoor living area with a bar (beverages are not included) and unique Japanese teppanyaki (hibachi) grill where you can enjoy live cooking and casual meals by the grill or in the outdoor dining area (food is not included). This outdoor living- and dining area is covered so you can enjoy the space day and night, rain or shine! The formal indoor dining room is an elegant space with a unique chandelier and a spectacular dining table that seats 12 people comfortably on plush dining chairs. This is the perfect place to host your formal dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace. A spacious kitchen with island and marble countertops comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation – and your villa rental includes a chef, so you don’t have to worry about cooking (food & beverages are not included)! The villa has 5 large bedroom suites. The master suite is a beautifully decorated and spacious bedroom with a canopy king bed, large TV, air-conditioning, high vaulted ceiling with fan, sofa sitting area, closet and dresser and ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) shower and a private Zen garden with outdoor shower and bathtub. From the master suite, you have direct access to the terrace and pool area. The remaining 4 bedrooms are all very spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom has 2 king beds (!), TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small, furnished garden patio. Your personal chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler will assist you and the staff around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc. and the maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. You’ll also have a coordinator manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay. Other things to note -PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES- Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience.
