1 bedroom holiday apartment located in residential and central area in the extremely popular city of Lagos in the western Algarve. The apartment is a third-floor unit overlooking the swimming pool and the neighboring area, and is set just a few minutes from the Porto de Mos and Dona Ana beaches, several attractions and locations, restaurantes, golf courses, and has very good access to supermarkets, the downtown area and public transportation. It is very central and close to amenities, and the main downtown avenue just a few minutes away. You can easily walk into the downtown area, being just a 10 minute walk. The apartment comprises living room with kitchenette with oven, hub, microwave and fridge-freezer, a private balcony outside with panoramic views, one bathroom with bathtub, and a master bedroom with closet. Sleeps 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the sofa bed. Maximum of 3 guests. Has WIFI. As it is part of a private condominium it has a communal swimming pool and lots of parking outside. There is possibility of late arrival between 00:00h and 02:00h for an extra charge of €40 paid locally and between 19:00h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €20 paid locally.
