Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Caicco Villa Caicco is a cosy property set amidst citrus trees and located in the peaceful countryside of Odiáxere, just a 10km drive from Lagos. With a lovely garden complete with a small plunge pool and a short drive from all amenities, this is the perfect holiday home for couples or a small family looking for a quiet countryside retreat in the Algarve. This charming property has 2 double bedrooms, sleeping 4+1 people (the +1 person sleeps on a sofa-bed for an additional amount) and a bathroom with an over-head shower and washing machine. A compact and fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine, as well as dishes, utensils, kitchen table and seats. The living area is cosy and comfortable with satellite TV and access to the sunny terrace. Outside the property has a lovely landscaped garden with seating and dining areas under the shade of the citrus trees where you can enjoy a meal and the tranquil setting, as well as a barbeque for outdoor grilling. Sunbeds are available for soaking up the sun in between refreshing dips in the plunge pool (heatable as an optional extra). Villa Caicco provides parking spaces for 2 cars and is just a short drive from beautiful sandy beaches such as Praia do Vale da Lama and Meia Praia, as well as bars, diverse restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks and supermarkets. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups not allowed • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 4 people. • The 5th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\* The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed.
