"4 Miller's Island is a lodge situated in Lanreath, Cornwall. It rests on the bank of a lake set within 28 acres of picturesque Cornish countryside. The property is located on the ground floor, and has two bedrooms, one king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC, and one twin. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. There is an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TV with Freeview and DVD player. Outside has a decking area with furniture and there is off-road parking is available for one car. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 4 miles there is a shop and there is a pub on-site, and please note, this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. 4 Miller's Island is an excellent lodge for those family breaks. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to balcony decking over lake and due to other lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQÔÇÖs are not to be brought to the site. Note: Although no pets are allowed at the property, the owner does occasionally bring a dog to the property. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted."
