"The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV with Sky Glass, and a first-floor snug/study with sofa bed. The bedrooms rest on the ground floor and consist of two doubles (zip/link, can be twins) serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, a gated driveway for one car, and additional roadside parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 3.3 miles, a pub in 2 miles, and Wensley Waterfall in 2 miles. Sunshine Cottage is a delightful base for a North Yorkshire escape. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the home.
