"The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler and dining table, sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a twin, and two family rooms - one with a king-size and single and one with a king-size and two singles, both with en-suite shower rooms, all serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a large, enclosed, lawned garden with patio, furniture, hot tub and barbecue and ample off-road parking. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and 2.5 miles a pub. Highchair and travel cot available. One dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Lincolnshire at Hayloft. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
