"This terrace cottage has two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, along with a wet room, a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a TV with Freeview, DVD, Blu-Ray, WiFi and a selection of books. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, a rear multilevel garden with lawn, terrace, furniture and pond, and a front gravelled courtyard. Note: Due to the pond in the garden, children must be supervised at all times and due to the age of the cottage, there are steps and low beams throughout. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 3.4 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. 2 Tripp Hill is a charming cottage for a delightful holiday."
