"This single-storey lodge has one super-king-size bedroom, along with a shower room, an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a spa area with a jacuzzi spa bath and sauna, and a cinema room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a TV with Freeview, a Bluetooth music system, and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, an EV charger, and a private decked sky deck with patio furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price and a travel cot (no mattress) and highchair are available. Two well behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.5 miles. Note: Lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted. 2 Southern Place is a superb romantic retreat."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
