Details of the Cottage
"The living areas in this lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and TV with Freeview. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite, and two twins, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a wrap-around decked veranda with furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but no smoking. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available. 5 Meadow Retreat is a wonderful haven for a peaceful break in Cornwall. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There is a lake on-site; children must be supervised. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: There are steps to the exterior. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
