"The living areas in this holiday home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining area with table and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom with TV and a twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, a shared lawn with countryside views and a shared courtyard. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and pub. Highchair, travel cot and child's 'put-up' bed available. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Make the most of Cornwall from Small Barn. Note: Travel cot is free of charge but there is an additional weekly charge for the 'put-up' bed. Note: There are steps down to the communal lawn, please take care. Note: Two dogs welcome at an additional charge of 30 GBP per pet. Note: Parking available for one car. Note: WiFi is not guaranteed."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
