"5 Southern Place is a single-storey lodge consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a super king size double with en-suite shower room, a king size double and a twin with two full size single beds, all with TVs and serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a private decking area with furniture and hot tub and off-road parking for one car. EV charging point. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking. A travel cot (no mattress) and highchair are also available. 5 Southern Place is a lovely holiday home in the countryside. Note: Lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Although the property is all one level inside, there are steps to access the property. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted."
